Well, where do I begin? It has been almost a year since I began training with Ingrid and Fernando. As of today, I have lost 38 pounds and feel fantastic. Only 12 pounds to go to hit my personal weight loss goal. It has been a tough, but amazing year, which has included turbulent change. But through it all, my training routine has remained constant, which has allowed me to lose weight, rebuild muscle tone and have lots of fun. If you find the fun in training, you'll do well and have a great time doing it. Ingrid is an amazing person, she is calm, patient and determined to see me succeed. One of my colleagues referred to me as a "Machine," and funny enough, that is exactly how I feel - strong, determined to change my body and driven by the simplicities of life and the experiences I share with people everyday.
